| I don't know if things will ever slow down. But I'm not sure if I would know what to do if they did. Right now, I'm watching "The Break Up". It's not bad so far, but anyways to catch up a little bit. I have been up to quite a bit; going to class seems to be slowing me down. Two weekends ago, man it's been that long...I went to Minnesota to do lighting for a concert. It was a pretty good show, and really good to get the call to go and do it. During the week, I've also been keeping busy with flag football, and refereeing football. Football, football, and more football. This past weekend consisted of football, concert, and Harvest. It was a pretty good weekend. I'm getting a little run down again. I have a cold. I think I need to catch back up on some rest. Tomorrow, I have two midterms, that should be pretty tough; but we will see what happens. This week is homecoming at Greenville. Tonight was the banquet and dance. Neither of which were all that fantastic, but oh well. Saturday will be the concert. It should be pretty good. I guess that's it for now. I'm going to watch the movie now. | | |

Things are TOOO busy! This weekend I went home and did some football games; and even a little hanging out. I had a football game on Friday night, and then 4 JFL (Junior Football League) games on Saturday afternoon. The games were okay, a few dumb coaches and players, but I guess to be expected. I guess I can't cocmplain too much though, since I'm making some money. There's nothing like increasing the balancing in the bank account. Today, I did some fun hanging out. I went to St. Louis with Nathan and Joel (from Greenville); we went to get some good lunch. We decided to hit up the good ol' Olive Garden. It was really good. After the Olive Garden, which was good, we headed off to Guitar Center. I needed to get some hardware items (hi-hat stand, and drum throne). I think I spent too much money, but at least they were worth while purchases. Tonight, I went to go see the movie The Guardian. It was pretty good. I won't say too much about it, since there hasn't really been a chance for everyone to go see it. I will say it is worth going to see. If you want to know more, or have seen it and want my opinion let me know. Well, I guess I better do some homework, even though I do rarely do it.
| I wish school would either be over, or I could quit. But it seems like no one will let me. Which, yeah yeah, is a "good thing", but not to me. I love the people, but I know that is not the reason to stay. I guess enough raving about that...if you want to know more...we can talk about it. Graduation? Who knows? I am so sick of hearing about graduation. Why can't I just go to school for four years and graduate like high school? It will all work out, whether I have to kill or not. I went golfing today. That went pretty well. I wish my life was a cakewalk, and go golfing everyday, like a business man. I may be going to Minnesota next week; for a show with Integrity. It should be a lot of fun. Who knows? Alright, I'm done for now. | | |

Well, life has definitely been nothing but busy. I don't even remember what I have been up to, a few football games, work, and even a couple sick days. Last night was the Greenville Shane and Shane concert; and let me say, it was FANTASTIC! It was so good to see the guys again. It had been almost three weeks. This time we didn't have the usual 5 hours to setup and soundcheck. So, that kind of made everyone a little tense and pressured to get ready, but was done. The show itself was great. Funny stories, amazing harmonies, and some great worship! I got some compliments on the lighting. It was really good to show people some of the stuff I really do. After the show, I got to see a bunch of friends, and then sit on the bus with the guys and just talk and hang out. It was so awesome. They are so down to earth, and it was still frustrating to not be able to just stay on the bus, and keep going with them. But I guess I'll find a way to make it and keep goin'. Today, I have a Harvest event in Belleville. It's my first Harvest thing in a while. I am excited about it. I haven't played drums in forever. Well, I guess I am done for now...leave some!
| Oh...how can life be so up, and so down? Things are going okay. I feel sometimes that I am just living, not really doing or accomplishing anything. Life has definitely been busy. I went to Ohio this past weekend, and that was pretty good. It definitely a good experience, and will hopefully get some more work experience out there. College is going fine. I pretty much, as always, despise anything to do with classes. The fear of not being able to graduate is depressing. The wish to be anywhere else, but here sometimes...isn't much better than depressing. So, things have just kind of been on edge for the while. This year, seems to be going fast which is good, but when does it slow down? I bought a mega millions lottery ticket...to try for $135 million. I didn't win. | | |
